FRISCO, Texas (March 16, 2023) – The PGA of America, in partnership with KitchenAid, is honoring those who served and those who continue to serve in the armed forces during the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship contested on Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco, May 24-28.

A Field of Flags is being created at the championship by PGA HOPE – the flagship military program of the PGA of America’s charitable foundation (PGA REACH). Fans are invited to experience, participate, and enjoy the Field of Flags, located between holes 1, 7, and 8 on Fields Ranch East, as a tribute to our past and present American heroes. Fans who purchase a Field of Flags ticket package will contribute to the overall effort, with individual flags from each package being included as part of a sea of red, white, and blue.

PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) will receive a portion of the proceeds from the Field of Flags ticket packages. PGA HOPE introduces golf to veterans and active duty military to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being.

“The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship annually takes place over Memorial Day weekend, and we are reminded each year of the importance of honoring our Veterans and those who continue to serve our country,” said Championship Director Jason Mengel. “We hope that fans will join us in supporting our heroes through the Field of Flags ticket package. It is a powerful way for us to come together and show our appreciation for those who have given so much.”
